February Feral Day

February 9, 2023

Due to the large number of requests for TNVR, we now require all TNVR to be done by appointment. Each cat that comes through this program receives spay or neuter surgery, a rabies vaccine, an FVRCP vaccine, an ivermectin injection, and an ear tip. ARC currently has several grants available that cover the cost of these services. Cats that come for the TNVR program must be contained in a humane live trap. They may only come into the clinic one cat per trap. Cats in carriers will not be accepted for the TNVR program. We have traps available for rental if needed.

Our first day for February is Thursday February 9th. To participate in this, cats must be brought to the clinic on Wedneday February 8th between 10am and 2pm. The cats will stay overnight and have their surgery the following day. The cats will spend a second night at the clinic recovering from surgery and need to be picked up on Friday February 10th between 10am and 2pm.

If you are interested in making an appointment for this Feral Cat Day, you must email maggie@arcsrq.org to hold a spot for your feral cats.
