We offer the following services:

Spay and Neuter

The most effective way to end the senseless killing of innocent animals is to ensure everyone has access to free or low-cost spay and neuter services.

Low-Cost Vaccines

Vaccinations are important for your pet's health. Because we want to keep your pet safe and healthy, we hold regularly scheduled Vaccine Clinics at our office.

Prevention

We want your pet to live a long and healthy life. For that reason, ARC offers low-cost vaccines and prevention alongside our surgical services and at our regularly scheduled Vaccine Clinics.

Feral Cat Program

ARC’s Feral Cat Program directly improves and saves the lives of countless feral cats in our community. Volunteer trappers use the Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return method (TNVR) for helping cats. It is the nationally recognized humane alternative to conventional trap-and-kill methods.

Getting to the clinic

** Transport is on hold until further notice **
Please keep an eye on our social media and website for when we open this program back up.

While our clinic is located in the eastern part Sarasota County, our reach extends through several surrounding counties. We can now reach outlying communities with our specially designed transport vehicle. Our team can be seen driving out to Desoto County or down to Charlotte County each month to transport our “patients” to and from their families.

Just email mila at debbie@arcsrq.org to book your appointment and tell us you are interested in the free transportation. Our schedulers will register you and give you information about our transport schedule and pick-up locations.
You and your pet meet our veterinary technicians at the confirmed central location around 7:30 in the morning, complete the paperwork, make any required payment and your pet will be loaded onto the transport. Dogs will be placed in carriers. WE ASK THAT CATS ARRIVE IN CARRIERS. Please ensure you are on time as we cannot keep transport waiting.
Your pets will arrive at our clinic, have their scheduled procedure and be returned to you the same day at 4pm.

Arrange transportation for your community

** Transport is on hold until further notice **
Please keep an eye on our social media and website for when we open this program back up.

If you are aware of a community that has a large number of dogs and cats that would benefit from placement on our transport schedule; or if you would like to coordinate one for your own community, please email us at debbie@arcsrq.org to get more information about our transport program and to find out how to get on our schedule.

A typical transport trip will carry 18 to 23 animals depending on type and size. To request a special booking, there is a minimum of 15 animals required.
